Wave Cyber Pressure Tanks – Trusted Quality in Filtration

Wave Cyber pressure tanks are renowned throughout the filtration industry for their exceptional quality, durability, and long service life. As the exclusive distributor of Wave Cyber pressure tanks, EWP-USA proudly offers this trusted line to customers seeking reliable performance.

Each tank is constructed with a high-density polyethylene (HDPE) liner, engineered for strength and longevity. This liner undergoes a specialized surface treatment to ensure optimal adhesion to the resin/glass composite exterior. The outer shell is reinforced with wound filament, creating a robust structure that withstands the rigors of frequent handling and movement. The result is a pressure tank that delivers consistent performance while offering superior protection and reliability in demanding environments.

Composite Pressure Tank for Water Treatment Applications

As an advanced component in the water industry, the composite pressure tank is a versatile and ideal solution for residential, commercial, and industrial water treatment systems. With superior electrical insulation, corrosion resistance, and thermal insulation properties, it serves as both a loading container and a reaction vessel in a wide range of water purification processes.

These tanks are most commonly used as the core component in water softening and purification systems. When filled with various filtration media, composite pressure tanks can be used to produce softened water, drinking water, pure water, or even ultra-pure water for industrial processes.

Depending on the media inside, their functionality can be tailored to specific applications:

  • Activated carbon or quartz sand: Removes suspended solids, organic pollutants, and heavy metal ions—ideal for pre-filtration and general purification.

  • Ion exchange resins: Selectively removes ions, most commonly calcium and magnesium, making it highly effective for water softening.

Thanks to their durability and adaptability, composite pressure tanks are a trusted choice for efficient, long-lasting, and high-performance water treatment systems.
