Stainless Steel Membrane Housings & Parts

EWP-USA’s Stainless Steel (SST) Membrane Housings are universally accepted for most water systems and are designed for direct connection to most RO membranes. SST housings can withstand temperatures up to 120° F and are not affected by UV Rays or sunlight. These housings are lighter and easier to handle than most FRP housings with equivalent pressure ratings. Aesthetically, the highly polished housings have a smooth and sleek look. Unlike FRP, these housings do not warp and provides years of service. Every housing comes with all the parts necessary for use, this includes the seals, end caps, clamps, straps, and saddles.

EWP-USA’s Stainless Steel (SST) Membrane Housings meets the needs of most demanding applications:

  • Diameters: 2.5″/4″/8" Length: 21″/40″ membrane housing

  • The material of construction of our membrane housings is SS304 or SS316L

  • We provide connections available with NPT/BSP thread, tri-clamp, Victaulic, and Flange.

  • Our housings F/C port can be with End entry port of side entry port.

  • Finish with mechanical polish, available with electropolish or Poly coat. (Ra<0.2)
